Jeff and Cyndy live in this wonderful house about 3 miles out of Mondovi, a lovely old small town. Mondovi is about half hour from Eau Claire, Eau Claire is about 2 hours from Minneapolis. So they are right out in the sticks and they have about 30 acres of woodland around their house which includes a hill with wonderful views from the top. We didn't have time to climb it this year but I got some great shots from it last year when we were there with all the autumn colour. Jeff used to be the City Clerk of Mondovi but was bored of it and so he became a builder. He helped to build this house first along with the main builder but then got into it himself. I will send you separately some pics of his latest project. He bought up an Amish Farm which was apparently filthy with no water and no electricity. It is huge. He has made a great job but unfortunately has not sold it yet since the property prices have come down over there. We thought there was someone interested who was going to have hunters stay there. They were really keen but nothing has materialised. So meantime Jeff has borrowed the money for the project and is having to let the interest pile up until he sells it.
